1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Aurvault Nexus Inc. ("A.N.I", "we", "us"). By creating an account, booking a service, or otherwise using this application, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

A.N.I offers strategic advisory engagements and masterclasses for B Corps, non-profits, and social impact organizations. Specific deliverables, duration, and scope are described in the service listings within the app.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be of legal age to contract and, if booking on behalf of an organization, authorized to bind it. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• Using it unlawfully or fraudulently;
• Infringing intellectual property or other rights;
• Interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, unauthorized access);
• Sending spam or misleading communications.

5. Intellectual property

A.N.I owns the application, its content, methodologies, templates, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service to book and receive the services you have purchased.

6. Payments

Aurvault Nexus Inc. is the seller of record for all bookings made through this application. Payments are securely processed by Stripe, our payment processor, which calculates and collects any applicable sales tax at checkout. Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe and never touches our servers. Refunds are handled by Aurvault Nexus Inc. in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Service level

We aim to keep the application available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Scheduled sessions occur at the agreed date/time subject to reasonable notice of rescheduling.

8. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
