Aurvault Nexus Inc. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all services purchased through this application. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at karenpoko@aurvaultnexusinc.com with your order details (name, date of purchase, and the service booked). We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After the 30-day period
