1. Who we are

Aurvault Nexus Inc. ("A.N.I", "we", "us") is the controller of personal data processed through this booking application. Contact: karenpoko@aurvaultnexusinc.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password credentials (hashed).
• Booking data: first name, last name, organization, contact email, service selected, preferred dates and times, notes you provide.
• Usage & device data: IP address, browser, log events for security and service integrity.
• Communications: emails and support messages you send us.

3. Purposes & legal basis

• Providing the service, managing your booking and account (contract performance).
• Sending transactional emails such as confirmations and receipts (contract performance).
• Security, fraud prevention, and service integrity (legitimate interests).
• Complying with legal, tax, and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

4. Sharing your data

We share personal data only with:

• Stripe Payments Canada, Ltd. — our payment processor for checkout, payment card processing, tax calculation, and receipts. Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe.
• Hosting, database, email and analytics subprocessors that operate the application on our behalf.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep booking and account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. 7. International transfers

Personal data may be processed outside your country by our subprocessors. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging to protect your personal data.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to secure the service. We do not use marketing cookies.

10. Changes

We may update this notice; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
